VRF stands for Variable Refrigerant Flow. The Hitachi VRF Air Conditioning System comprises of different numbers of air handling units which are connected to an external condensing unit. As a result of this, the refrigerant flow can be varied either by using an inverter controlled variable speed compressor or using more than one compressor. It can be used in the buildings in order to save in energy, installation space as well as maintenance cost. The cooling capacity is very high and the overall consumption of power is not very high.
The VRF Air Conditioners from Hitachi is available in both outdoor and indoor units. For the outdoor, it is available in 27 different models and there are 70 different models to choose for the indoor unit. The comfort level is very high in comparison to the other air conditioner and you can expect for greater reliability. The Specially designed heat exchanger can save lot of energy for you and hence you need not have to spend a fortune of money paying for the power consumption.
The (DIP - IPM) DC Inverter compressor operates in 85 steps providing very precise cooling / heating control.
The Highly efficient ODU fan operates in 25 steps as required. In turns saves energy and operates noiseless in night operation
Feature
Releasing next-generation variable refrigerant flow air conditioning systems designed for buildings that saves energy, construction time, and installation space.
Designed for high Ambient Conditioners
Working upto - 48° C
New-type Scroll Compressor
Uses a high-pressure scroll-type compressor with improved quality and reliability of compressor mechanism materials.
DC Compressor
By using DC, the performance is improved at around 30-40 Hz where the operation time of the inverter compressor is longest. Also, to suppress electromagnetic noise interference and
achieved low noise, the rotor has been divided into two and the electric pole displaced.
High-performance Heat Exchanger
A new high-performance heat exchanger has been developed with improved piping arrangement.
Self-diagnostic System
The self-diagnosis result is shown on a digital display via control from either a remote control (relating to indoor units) or one of the outdoor units. This air conditioning system can be checked for operation even through the printed circuit board in the outdoor unit, allowing you to carry out inspection work and/or take remedies more quickly and correctly.
Compact Size And Lightweight
Outdoor units have become even more compact and lightweight. Outdoor units require a 40% smaller installation space compared to conventional types and weigh about 25% less. They are easily installed in cramped spaces and are small enough to be carried by ordinary elevator to the
installation location.
The Quietest In The Industry
A new stream fan and enlarged bell-mouth is used in this series. The fan rotation control has been changed to PWM (Pulse Width Modulation type. These improvements contribute to the quietest operation (58 dB). Furthermore, specific attention is paid to nighttime operation. If the outdoor temperature does not exceed 30 degree Celsius during cooling, this model will operate in night- shift mode by night-shift setting, enabling it to run at low noise level of 53 dB.
Energy Saving Control
The compressor can be operated by optimizing control over its service frequency depending on the capacity of indoor units. Optimizing reduces the power consumption, achieving 81% annually.
